One winged angel - Wow version Sorry it's a bit short, but finding scenes to shoot was a bit difficult :) I make all my videos for recreational perposes. They are NOT meant for people to come across and critisise. Hope you enjoy it, and any stupid comments will be deleted. World of Warcraft belongs to Blizzard Entertainment. One Winged Angel belongs to its respectful owner.

Brilliant
Remembers me so much of my Granda Mac Donald. A decorated soldier that always said be proud to be Scottish. He was a hero but died in the old soldiers home at Erskin!! This song by Gaberlunzie remembers me of him fondly! He worked in yarrows and Elderslie!
And that’s why I didn’t trust a Campbell
I'm an American but lived in Inverbervie, Scotland for two years. My husband was stationed at RAF Edzell, Scotland 1979-1981 and about twice a year Gaberluzie would perform at the the base club. I fell in love with their sound and harmonies and the songs. Sadly RAF Edzell is no more and I am no longer living in Scotland, a country I fell in love with from day one but I still have the music of Gaberluzie to whisk me away to memories of hiking through the highlands, taking a day trip to Stonehaven and the friends I made in Scotland. To be honest my favorite pieces that Gaberluzie performed were "Glasgow Dan," the "Massacre of Glencoe" and "The Glenfarg Bull." I hope you don't mind some input from a lass from Oklahoma, USA.
Only the Scottish and the Irish can make songs so beautiful about something so terrible.
The order from King William, of England, was to kill every one - to teach the Highland clans a lesson.. The King's men waited a week, taking the hospitality of the MacDonalds, before the slaughter. The KingsMen were under the threat that if they refused the order, they themselves would be put to death for refusing the order. It is to the credit of some of the Campbells that (individually) they warned some of the MacDonalds to flee - or the number of the slaughtered would have been greater. It was the worst contravention of Highland Hospitality ever.... and it still horrifies.
murder under trust worst hieland crime ever
True Stuart, we only know too well here in Ireland, that Union Jack (Butchers Apron) shouldn't be flown anywhere in Scotland.
Oh - what a nice blast from the past. My sister and I used to follow those guys everywhere they went, and they were happy to give us the opportunity of singing at their gigs.
My Dad got the gabs and then some. I even had them at his funeral. Emotive and informative are their mantle and even as a son of the Lunz, I still enjoy their music and stories. Good effort Gordon and Robin, my auld man was moved to tears by you and educated more than just me in your music. I'll always mind the auld folk. XxX
Love Scotland and Scottish accent, love the wonderful people and the country.
Always so sad when I hear this beautiful song.

the best
This song was written by the Jacobites in order to try and get people to rise up against the English, the Scottish lowlanders, and other Clansmen who opposed them. Many of the details are exaggerated like CNN's propaganda, but this song is still pretty sad, and of course things are going to be imbelished when there is a massacre under trust. The same mistake was repeated in American history when John Brown attacked Harper's Ferry and the unrest between the North and South accelerated that split the nation and led to the American civil war, much like this incident led to the Jacobite rebellion and Highland civil war.

Yeah watch yer back if/when we get independence. Take note, Scotland has a history of backstabbing it's own for the right price. It aint changed in over 700 years, independence or not, we have possibly 50% of the population who want the opposite of what the other 50% want. After the vote, i see civil unrest. Just remember a traitor is a traitor and should be dealt with in the way of old. Remember who you are and remember what the english see us as.
English Gold paid for Treason ... no change in 800 years
Very true traitors will always be traitors, They love to crawl tae ther English masters. oor day is comin. SAOR ALBA GU BRATH
Cambles and Argyle ..oops
Ye kinna keep a good McDonald down!
This is one of my wife's favorites. Years ago when I lived in Scotland we would go to their gigs any time they were close. As a singer/songwriter myself, they would always invite me on stage to play a song or two--not many performers will do that. Great guys, Gaberlunzie!

Massacre of Glencoe a British history written by George W.M Reynolds.where king of England William of Orange along with an attendent riiding on donkey back went to the Scotland Lord of McDonalds palace to know how these people can be brought under control. It was 13th century. Where they were apprehended by one of the valley's protector THORSTEN AHMAR and after that story start. Lord of McDonalds have 2 sons Allen McDonald elder and Roderk McDonald the eldest one was married with the daughter of prince Orange.A beautiful storybook must read by Scottish people.
